Enhanced And Intelligent Surveying For High-Stakes And Complex Projects.
Intelligent surveying solutions that serve consultants, real estate developers, builders, contractors, landowners, and property buyers.
Topographical Mapping
☑ AS Licensed Survey Engineers, we apply RT- 510 manual standards in our field work procedures. ☑ Our field procedure involves the use of the Horizontal Reference system WGS84 (ITRF2000 epoch 2000.0) and vertical reference system Ras Ghumays (orthometric height) based on Mean Sea Level observation. ☑ We collect accurate and precise data pertaining to both man-made and natural features, such as buildings, water chambers, stormwater drainage systems, light poles, and palm date trees. ☑ The ground surface model we deliver is utilized by resident engineers, planners, and architects for various applications including and not limited to; ▹ Understanding the Existing Terrain. ▹ Designing Effective Drainage Systems. ▹ Enhancing Grading Frameworks. ▹ Facilitating Visualization and Collaborative Efforts.
Dimensional Control Surveys
☑ As specialists, we operate with a much higher level of precision, focusing on sub-millimeter accuracy. ☑ We employ metrology techniques to measure and verify the exact dimensions, rotation angles, and alignment of structures, components, and machinery against design specifications. ☑ This applies to industries that require high tolerances, including topsides for oil and gas rigs, and industrial plants. shipbuilding, aerospace, heavy industrial construction, and manufacturing.
Aerial Survey By Drones
☑ Our field procedure employs high-resolution RGB cameras to capture detailed visual imagery, which facilitates the creation of orthomosaic maps and three-dimensional models. ☑ We utilize LiDAR sensors that emit laser pulses to produce a highly detailed three-dimensional point cloud. ☑ The data will be georeferenced through the utilization of ground control points to enhance precision and reliability.
Tie Beam Checking Certificate
☑ We conduct a detailed survey of the building as the construction work progresses. ☑ Before the casting stage, we thoroughly check the dimensions and positions of the structure and superimpose it with the design data. ☑ A tie beam certificate we issue is an essential document that authenticates the structural integrity of a building's tie beams. ☑ This certificate ensures that the tie beams conform to established engineering and safety standards prior to the pouring of concrete.
Precise Leveling
☑ Applying the Ras Ghumays vertical reference system (orthometric height) based on Mean Sea Level observation. ☑ We establish 1D first-order geodetic control points with a vertical accuracy (1D): ±0.008 m x √K at the 95% confidence level, where K is the distance in kilometers. ☑ The methodology utilizes a digital level instrument, implementing either the rise and fall method or the height of the Instrument approach. ☑ Accurate reduced levels for each designated control point will be determined through the application of MicroSurvey StarNet software. ☑ These benchmarks are essential in land development by ensuring that all construction components— namely, roads, foundations, columns, floors, and roofs—are constructed to the specified levels and maintain proper alignment.
Cadastral Surveys
☑ We undertake demarcation surveys by accurately establishing the plot boundary coordinates as delineated in the legal records. ☑ The survey certificate we issue is a legal document that serves to prevent boundary disputes with adjacent properties. Furthermore, it provides legal documentation of ownership when property owners engage in the sale or transfer of the property.
Final Survey Certificate
☑ Upon completion of the building construction, a comprehensive survey of the structure and its surrounding environment is conducted. ☑ A final survey certificate we issue is an official document that confirms a completed construction project or that the final condition of a property complies with legal and regulatory requirements. ☑ This certificate is critical for legal protection, obtaining occupancy permits, and ensuring the property's value.
Benchmark Establishment
☑ Using a high-quality dual-frequency GPS set. We establish robust ground control points (GCPs) using the classic static method with horizontal accuracy of 2δ and a 95% confidence level.☑ We utilize the Abu Dhabi Spatial Reference System, horizontal datum: WGS84 (ITRF 2000 epoch 2000.0) standards, to achieve 2D positional accuracy within 1 cm. ☑ These benchmarks function as a framework for all measurements throughout the life cycle of large-scale land development projects, facilitating seamless integration. ☑ High Positional accuracy: Our ADM-licensed survey engineer ensures that ground control points are established with precise georeferencing, accurate to within a few millimeters. By so doing, spatial distortions across large areas are reduced.
Volumetric Analysis
☑ Using high-quality 3D geospatial data, we accurately measure the volume of excavation, stockpiles, landfills, and earthwork. ☑ The deliverables are crucial for: ▹ Planning excavation and backfilling. ▹ Confirming the quantity of material moved if it aligns with design specifications. ▹Supporting operational planning.
Infrastructure Surveys
☑ Our expert team, guided by a licensed Survey Engineer, we gather precise as-built data for Building Information Modeling (BIM). ☑ We efficiently set out bridge footings and decks, we accurately align bridge undercarriage utilities from one end of the river to the other.
Oil And Gas Surveys
☑ Our Survey Engineers (ADNOC - Approved PA, JP) have massive experience in executing projects in very high-risk areas (Red and Amper Zone). ☑ Our team of Engineers perform comprehensive surveys in plant facilities, as well as along RDS and pipeline routes, meticulously capturing all necessary data. This includes topographical assessments, underground evaluations, and scanning techniques, all tailored to align with the specific requirements of each project.
Hydrographic Surveys
☑ We use single-beam echo sounders or multibeam sonar to ping sound waves off the seabed. ☑ Depth readings are analyzed, corrections are applied, and the bathymetric data is merged with GPS position information. ☑ The final deliverable will consist of a nautical chart, a detailed report, or a three-dimensional model of the seabed. ☑ Each of these outputs is intended to provide critical insights into the underwater environment and facilitate informed decision-making.
Underground Utility Surveys
☑ Underground utility surveys are done using different techniques. ☑ Our field procedures involves but not limited to: ▹ Using the RD 81 00 cable locator designed to adapt to the specific characteristics of your site. We record the locator readings of position and depth of the utility using GPS, and then prepare a detailed drawing based on our findings. ▹ Mala GPR: We use GPR to scan for non-metallic utilities, such as plastic fire hydrant pipes. ▹ The deliverable will capture comprehensive details that are essential for effective project execution. ☑ This includes critical information such as pipe diameter, chamber depth, invert level, and the names and types of utilities. ☑ By providing this thorough documentation, we ensure clarity and precision in every aspect of the project.
Road Surveys
☑ Our team of licensed survey engineers expertly employs the TR-510 manual standard to deliver precise road surveys. We take great care in capturing every detail, including road centerlines, inner shoulders, road edges, and the tops and bottoms of curbstones. ☑ In addition to the roadway itself, the scope includes all associated features, such as guardrails, streetlight poles, road humps, traffic sign boards, stormwater chambers, trees, and additional elements. ☑ This high quality data helps engineers to: ▹Assess the suitability of the proposed routes for implementation. ▹ The document provides critical information regarding horizontal and vertical alignment, which is essential for the design of road geometry. ▹ It aids in the identification of gradients, curves, and cross-sections of the roadway.
